The Stevenson Heywood Private Collective
The Stevenson Heywood Private Collective is a boutique concierge extension of our mediation and family therapy practice, built for families whose situation calls for more than one kind of support at once. Rather than handing you a list of referrals, our Client Experience Director and Clinical Director coordinate a vetted team of specialists—from financial coordination to therapeutic support, coaching, and co-parenting instruction—directly into your case, bringing in the right professional at the right moment. One trusted team holds your whole story, so you never have to tell it twice.
Create a Personal Blueprint Plan
After a consultation with Stevenson Heywood, the team will build a unique blueprint to map out a plan of action, suggest a team of specialists in various fields including but not limited to, a discernment counselor, therapist, mediator, realtor, financial specialist, divorce attorney, business attorney, and more to support you, and cost based on the defined services and timeline.
Each blueprint is tailored specifically to your situation and needs.
The Collective Also Offers Instruction for
Blended Families
Blended family instruction is a good fit if:
-
You are forming a new stepfamily and want to start with shared expectations and clear roles.
-
You have been in a blended family for a while, but still feel stuck in recurring conflict or resentment.
-
Children are struggling with loyalty binds, divided time between homes, or “different rules” in each household.
-
You and your co-parent or partner feel like you are not on the same page about discipline, routines, or boundaries.
You do not need to be in crisis to benefit; many families come to coaching simply to gain tools and a neutral space to talk through tough topics.
What You Can Expect to Work On
Across the coaching series, we focus on:
-
Clarifying roles and expectations for parents, stepparents, and other caregivers.
-
Creating household agreements around routines, rules, and consequences.
-
Supporting kids as they adjust to new relationships, schedules, and traditions.
-
Reducing “parent vs. stepparent” conflict and building a united parenting team.
-
Managing transitions between homes and navigating different parenting styles.
Each family’s plan is tailored, so we adjust topics and pacing to what is most relevant for your situation.
Coparenting Instruction
Keeping the Communication in Coparenting
We provide non-clinical co-parenting and communication coaching to help separated or divorcing parents build healthier patterns long after agreements are signed. Coaching may include practicing calmer conversations, setting boundaries around difficult topics, and creating communication routines that reduce misunderstandings across two households. These services are educational, skills-based, and focused on practical tools you can use right away.
Parenting Plans and Decision-Making
We help you design detailed parenting plans that cover schedules, holidays, transportation, communication expectations, and decision-making authority. These conversations focus on your children’s developmental needs, routines, and unique personalities so you can create a plan that is predictable, flexible, and truly child-centered. We also support parents in setting up clear processes for making future decisions about schooling, healthcare, activities, and other major issues.
Neutral, Child-Centered Facilitation
As neutral mediators, we do not take sides or make decisions for you; instead, we facilitate a structured process that helps each person express concerns, identify shared goals, and consider creative options. Throughout the process, we keep your children’s stability and emotional safety at the center of the conversation, helping parents shift from a win–lose mindset to a problem-solving approach that supports the whole family.
