Blended Families Are not Broken Families; They Are Developing Systems.

This 6-week co-facilitated coaching experience supports blended families in building secure attachment, reducing loyalty conflicts, clarifying leadership roles, and strengthening emotional safety for children during family transitions.

Group Cohort (4-6 families) | $1,500

Private Family Intensive | $3,000

Why Co-Facilitated?

Blended families require both:

  • Emotional attunement and developmental understanding.

  • Clear leadership, structure, and system alignment.

This program is uniquely co-led by:

  • Lizzie Stevenson, MS, LMFT — Attachment-based therapist specializing in child development, trauma, and family systems. (Disclaimer: Lizzie’s LMFT informs her understanding of relational systems, but she does not provide therapy in mediation or through this business.)

  • Martha Heywood — Leadership and systems strategist with 25+ years of experience in high-performance organizational alignment.

Together, we bridge:

  • Clinical insight

  • Executive leadership structure

  • Communication clarity

  • Real-world implementation

Because families are both emotional systems and leadership systems.
